College basketball’s top coaches and players past and present spent one last night honoring the season that was, tonight. The College Basketball Awards Presented by Wendy’s televised live on ESPN2 from The Novo by Microsoft at L.A. Live saw eight prestigious, end-of-season awards presented to basketball’s very best during the 90-minute telecast hosted by ESPN’s Rece Davis, Jay Bilas, Seth Greenberg and Jay Williams with reporter Molly McGrath. SAN ANTONIO, TX – Yesterday at the NCAA Men’s Final Four in San Antonio, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced a ten-year partnership extension with Connecticut-based entertainment venue Mohegan Sun. In addition to the esteemed Nancy Lieberman Point Guard Award which has been presented since 2000, the Basketball Hall of Fame and the WBCA are proud to now present the Ann Meyers Drysdale Shooting Guard Award, Cheryl Miller Small Forward Award, Katrina McClain Power Forward Award and Lisa Leslie Center Award.
