SPRINGFIELD, MA – The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced today a revised campus round schedule for the 2016 Tip-Off Tournament. As previously announced, the annual NCAA men’s exempt tournament sponsored by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference will take place Saturday, November 19 and Sunday, November 20 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. Eight schools will compete in two four-team brackets with campus round games leading up to the Mohegan Sun Arena contests.
Teams scheduled to participate in this year’s Tip-Off Tournament are: University at Albany (America East Conference), Brown University (Ivy League), University of Cincinnati (American Athletic Conference), Duke University (Atlantic Coast Conference), Grand Canyon University (Western Athletic Conference), Marist College (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference), Penn State (Big Ten Conference) and University of Rhode Island (Atlantic 10 Conference).
