- Providence Will Now Participate in the Hall of Fame Showcase on December 14 -
SPRINGFIELD, MASS. – The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame has unveiled the updated field of teams for the 2024 Tip-Off and Showcase events. The Hall of Fame Tip-Off, an annual NCAA men’s exempt event sponsored by the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, will now be held over three days from November 22-24 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
Providence College, which was originally scheduled to compete in the Tip-Off, will now participate in the Hall of Fame Showcase on December 14 at Mohegan Sun. The Friars’ opponent will be announced at a later date.

Tickets for the 2024 Basketball Hall of Fame Tip-Off and Showcase will go on sale Friday, September 6, via Ticketmaster and on sale at the Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office starting Saturday, September 7.
