Enshrinement Weekend Now Slated for Late August 2020
Springfield, Mass. – The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame announced today its newly established schedule of events and upcoming announcement calendar surrounding the Enshrinement of the highly anticipated Class of 2020. The Enshrinement process will culminate with the Enshrinement Ceremony on Saturday, August 29th. A first look at the nominees will be revealed on Friday, December 20th with the first opportunity to purchase exclusive VIP packages coming after the Finalist Announcement during NBA All-Star Weekend in mid-February.
“There is great enthusiasm building around the Class of 2020 as potentially one of our most historic classes to date,” said John L. Doleva, President and CEO of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. “We are excited to launch a new schedule of events and programming surrounding this momentous occasion. Coinciding with the reveal of our multi-million-dollar museum renovation, we welcome all basketball fans to Springfield this August.”
