Meet the Class of 2024 at their first public Enshrinement Weekend event. A ticket to this event will grant you one (1) autograph per class member. Only one outside item per ticket holder is permitted. No photographs or selfies permitted.

Class of 2024 Press Conference - 2:00pm to 4:00pm
The official media availability for the Hall of Fame Class of 2024. The Press Conference is only open to credentialed members of the media, along with Platinum VIP Package ticket holders. This event will be held at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. Please visit hoophall.com/media for more information on credential applications.

Enshrinement Tip-Off Celebration and Awards Gala
Reception: 5:30pm to 7:30pm  |  Gala Program: 8:00pm to 10:00pm
The Class of 2024, along with the Hall’s prestigious annual award winners, will be celebrated at this event at Mohegan Sun. The evening will feature a cocktail reception and Awards Gala program in the Uncas Ballroom in the Sky Convention Center. This event will include the awarding of the Class of 2024 rings, presented by Baron Championship Rings, and the presentation of the Class of 2024 Hall of Fame jackets. The program will additionally highlight the presentation of the Hall’s annual John W. Bunn Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Curt Gowdy Media Awards. This year’s honorees can be found HERE.

Join us in celebrating the exceptional coaches who will be honored with benches in the Naismith Coaching Circle. Established in 2015, the Naismith Coaches Circle program was created to pay tribute to basketball’s first coach, Dr. James Naismith, and to uphold the core values he instilled in his players: teamwork, determination, self-respect, leadership, initiative, and perseverance.

 

SuperFan Presentation - Basketball Hall of Fame - 1:00pm to 2:00pm
Alan Horwitz, the Sixth Man for the Philadelphia 76ers, will be honored in the James F. Goldstein SuperFan Gallery. This special space is dedicated to celebrating the most iconic and passionate fans of the game.

 

VIP Reception - Marriott Springfield - 3:00pm to 4:45pm
Toast the incoming Hall of Fame Class of 2024 at the official VIP Reception prior to the sport’s ultimate recognition. The party is limited to select ticket holders for the Enshrinement Ceremony. Shuttle service between our hotel properties and the Marriott will be provided if needed. This exclusive party will set the stage for a memorable night on the Red Carpet and at the Ceremony.

 

Red Carpet Show - Springfield Symphony Hall - 5:00pm to 6:00pm
The Class of 2024, returning Hall of Famers, as well as many of the sport’s icons, walk the red carpet in a live television broadcast outside Symphony Hall.

 

Enshrinement Ceremony - Springfield Symphony Hall - 6:00pm to 9:00pm
One of the most elite nights on the basketball calendar each year, the Hall of Fame Class of 2024 will be formally enshrined into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in a nationally televised ceremony. The stars of basketball all come together to celebrate the next group of the sport’s iconic figures.

Hall of Fame Enshrinement Game: UConn vs. Rhode Island
The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame is excited to introduce the Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinement Game benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer as part of Enshrinement Weekend. This special event will feature a matchup between the back-to-back NCAA National Champion Connecticut Huskies and the Rhode Island Rams on Monday, October 14, at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. This game will be the Huskies' first appearance since clinching their second consecutive title in April. UConn head coach Dan Hurley previously led Rhode Island from 2012-18, guiding them to the NCAA Tournament in 2017-18.
